Before submitting a missing gem ticket, please make sure that you have waited the required delay time (can vary from 15 min to 48 hours). If after fully completing the offer, you still did not receive your gems, you can go ahead and submit a ticket by doing the following steps:
- Open the offerwall, Tap the In Progress tab
- Select your offer from the 'IN PROGRESS' list
- Tap the underlined text that says 'Missing gems?
- After reading the disclaimer select the link to 'Contact support' on the bottom part of the screen. They will expect proof of offer completion in the form of screenshots.
