Hello, if you've purchased some In-App-Purchase items but didn't receive it, please kindly provide us the screenshots of your purchase receipt and your User ID (You can find your User ID within Setting). We will base on above valid information and credit the IAP back to you as soon as possible.

You can find the purchase receipt from Apple in your registered email box. Other than that, you can go to your device's "Setting" => "iTunes & App Store" => click your Apple ID => "View Apple ID" => "Purchase History" and then you can see your purchase receipts including Order ID, Date, and Total amount.
